Key Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Sales team support: Assisting our sales team in various capacities to help drive success.
Administrative Tasks: Supporting team members with all administrative related tasks, fostering a smooth workflow within the organization.
Social Media marketing: Contributing to our online presence and engagement through creative and strategic social media efforts.
AR and collections management: Ensuring timely and efficient management of accounts receivables and collections.
Qualifications:
Highly motivated and driven individual.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Spanish speaker preferred
