Join our System Health Solutions team as an Administrative Coordinator, supporting the coordination of Medical Group operations and frontline provider activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with physician, APP, and executive leadership, contributing to operational excellence and provider support within a dynamic healthcare environment.
About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator will partner with physician, advanced practice provider, and leadership teams to facilitate key operational functions, including recruitment, onboarding, privileging, credentialing, and other practice management activities. You will manage a broad range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflows, compliance tracking, and effective communication across the organization.
Your proactive approach, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities will support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, offboarding, privileging, and credentialing processes for providers.
Manage enrollment, CME/learning compliance tracking, Malpractice renewals, and other key provider documentation.
Support expense reimbursement processes and coordinate CME/Learning submissions.
Track and support quality, coding, and performance metrics related to practice operations.
Handle scheduling, communication, and documentation related to provider privileges, credentialing, and other key areas.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure compliance with accreditation, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with Solar submissions, malpractice renewals, and other operational tasks as needed.
Support provider engagement initiatives and key practice operational workflows.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
3-5+ years of relevant administrative or coordination experience preferred.
Experience working within a matrix organization or complex healthcare environment highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
