Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Welcome visitors and callers with warmth and professionalism
Assist our internal teams with a variety of administrative and fulfillment tasks
Monitor client accounts, prepare and ship packages daily following specific instructions
Drop off shipments with USPS and UPS each afternoon
Track and order office supplies as needed
Reconcile accounts and enter billing details with accuracy
Monitor workflows and suggest process improvements
Assist with reviewing outgoing file transmissions
Deliver exceptional support that exceeds expectations
