Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will contribute to creating a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
– Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information
– Answer phone calls, make appointment and respond to guest inquiries
– Assist with reservations and room assignments
– Provide information about services
– Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
– Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
– Coordinate guest requests for services
– Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
– Experience with calendar management and scheduling preferred
– Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
