HOA Receptionist/Admin Onsite- North Dallas $17hr Jobs in Dallas, TX at Guardian (HOA Management)

Hello!

We are a local wholesale and retail food distributor (food from around the world!) that is hiring friendly and personable data/order entry clerks that love food and helping customers. Duties include answering customer emails and questions, entering orders and requests in an efficient manner, assisting the warehouse in communicating with customers, ensuring on time delivery of goods, updating customers about orders, and more!

Able to walk-in and apply in person between 9AM and 5PM (Monday-Friday), at 5000 S. Decatur Blvd. Las Vegas, NV, 89118. Office is located at the rear of the building to the right of the loading docks. Please fill out an application upon arrival. Otherwise, please accept an interview time slot.

Prior experience as data or order entry in the food business is strongly preferred though not necessary. Candidate must be friendly, courteous, and helpful. Position requires basic math skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and trustworthiness.

Must be fluent in English. Spanish/Chinese/ or other language preferred.

Duties Include but not limited to:

Work with sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction
Import/process incoming orders in a timely manner
Enter and monitor order tracking invoices and purchase orders
Respond to customer and department emails
Analyze and solve order entry issues independently
Manage all online portals and requests
Any other duties assigned

The Order Entry is responsible for entering and monitoring orders/data. The candidate we’re looking for has to be highly efficient in prioritizing daily tasks and has strong communication with organization skills.

Pay is dependent on experience.

Additional Skill Requirements:

Strategically contact and call on current and prospective customers
Understand and know products while referencing sales materials and emphasizing key features
Quote prices and credit terms and prepare contracts for orders obtained
Continually educate yourself on new and existing products/features to maintain effective knowledge
Provide direct customer communication when needed as it pertains to product use and application

Our offices are located at the back of the IMP building 5000 S Decatur Blvd, LV NV 89118. Please drive around to the back loading docks and there is a door to our office on the right. Please bring a copy of your most updated resume.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
