Full Job Description
We are looking for an Administrator with a heart of gold that enjoys what they do and the population we service. Our company prides themselves in taking care of our caregivers so they will in-turn take care of our clients. We want everyone to be treated like family, from office staff, to caregivers, and clients.
This person is responsible for interviewing, hiring in accordance with AZ regulations, conducting client assessment to determine need and build personalized care plans. All facets on agency must be in compliance with rules associated with in-home care.
We support clients with their day to day activities in their home. We want a leader who is not afraid to get out there and be a part of the team. Our managers will help provide the same vital services our caregivers do if/when needed.

We pay higher than most In home Care agencies because we want only the best to represent In Home Care AZ. We are located in three states and service thousands of clients every month with top quality caregivers.
Pay range: 28.00 to 30.00 per hour DEO.
In order to be an Administrator in Arizona you need the following:
Be at least 18 years old
Possess a high school diploma or GED
Completed a caregiver training program approved by the DHS
Have Passed a written competency exam
Obtain a fingerprint clearance card from the
Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS)
Completed a CPR and First Aid certification course
Demonstrate negative results for tuberculosis (TB) testing
Skills Required:
Experience scheduling caregivers or clients
Familiar with Scheduling software
Able to work caregiver fill-in shifts if ever needed
Dependable Transportation
Good communication and computer skills
Typing skills
Troubleshooter and team player
Case Management experience. Intakes and care planning.
