Hospital Administrative Coordinator – Respiratory Therapy Department

Must Have Grants Management experience

NYC Contract – 22 Weeks (possible extension)

Mon-Fri 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading NYC hospital for an Administrative Coordinator to support the Respiratory Therapy Department during a leave of absence. This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring compliance with grant and hospital requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Respiratory Therapy department.

Assist with grant budget management and reporting.

Support scheduling, recordkeeping, and departmental communication.

Deliver excellent customer service for staff, providers, and patients.

Work within hospital systems, including EPIC and UKG/Kronos.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years relevant administrative experience (required).

Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).

Grant budget management experience (required).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.

Bilingual Spanish (preferred).

Prior hospital/clinical experience strongly valued.
