About the Role:
We’re seeking a welcoming and professional Receptionist to be the face of our organization. This is your opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Administrative Support:
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Keep reception area tidy and presentable
Assist with basic data entry and filing
Client Service:
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors
Answer general inquiries about our services
Direct visitors to appropriate staff members
We’re Looking For Someone With:
A friendly, professional demeanor
Strong communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus Qualifications:
Previous reception or customer service experience
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, phone systems)
