FRONT DESK ADMIN

Reports To: Director of Office Administration

Job Type: Full Time

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

A Front Desk Admin maintains incoming calls and emails to ensure clients requests are completed in a quick and efficient manner. As well as assisting with the overall cleanliness and organization of the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Screen incoming calls to verify if the call is for front desk or another department
Take in information from calls and translate it accurately into a que or transfer accordingly
Communicate with all departments to ensure calls are routed to the correct person
Maintain cleanliness of the breakroom
Ensure snacks and office supplies are stocked
Maintain reservations email and put in ques accordingly
