Front Desk Agent – Join Our Boutique Hotel Team!
Are you a detail-oriented hospitality professional with a passion for customer service? Eagle River Lodge is seeking dedicated Front Desk Agents to help us maintain the exceptional standards we’re known for. As a small boutique hotel with just 15 rooms, we’re quickly becoming the go-to destination for travelers, and we need team members who are excited to contribute to our growth.
If you’re ready to jump in, training will begin this week!

Positions Available:
1 Full-Time Front Desk Agent
2 Part-Time Agents OR Another Full-Time Agent (Flexible shifts, including mornings and swing shifts)
Your Role:
Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage phone and online reservations
Address guest needs and special requests with efficiency
Maintain accurate records of rooms and guest details
Assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed
Communicate important guest information to relevant departments
Help with Housekeeping and Laundry
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in hospitality preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized and work independently
Comfortable using basic computer systems (hotel management software a plus!)
A calm, composed attitude in high-pressure situations
A genuine desire to contribute to the hotel’s success
