Hotel Front Desk Manager Jobs in Sidney, NE at Quality Inn

At the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Carlstadt we are looking to hire new employees either as full or part time in different Positions. Positions available are AM, PM and Night Auditor front desk agents. We are looking for responsible, reliable, enthusiastic and customer services oriented agents.

Job Duties Include:
* Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
* Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
* Creating invoices for vendors, employees and contractors
* Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
* Answering calls and queries related to potential booking

Job duties and responsibilities are not limited and subject to changes.

Requires Work experience:

1 year of hotel is experience is preferred, but not required.
1 year of customer services, is preferred, but not required.
Opera PMS knowledge is preferred but not required.

Education:

High School Diploma.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
