Responsibilities

Answering of phones and greeting guests
Collecting rents and creating receipts
Scheduling viewing appointments
General clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and assisting with mailings.
Assist with special projects as needed

Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
