Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in office management, and have a keen eye for detail.
Duties
Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Assist with preparing client paperwork to ensure accuracy.
Support office management tasks including inventory control and supply ordering.
Provide personal assistant support to staff as needed, managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $36,000.00 – $72,000.00 per hour
