Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage job postings and assist with the recruitment process across all departments.
Coordinate interview scheduling and support onboarding for new hires.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts and letters.
Handle leave tracking, claims, and other HR operational tasks.
Employee Support
Provide administrative support for employee queries and HR initiatives.
Assist with organizing employee engagement activities.
Compliance and Payroll Support
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Assist with payroll processes and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
