Job Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team! This role is primarily focused on payroll processing but also plays a key part in general HR administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll (Primary Focus):

Accurately process payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring all hours, deductions, and benefits are correct

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner

Work closely with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity

HR Administration

Maintain and organize employee files and documentation (physical and digital)

Update employee records in HR systems and spreadsheets as needed

Assist in planning and coordinating employee events

Create flyers, announcements, and simple internal communications for HR initiatives

Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles (Preferred, not required)

Required payroll experience in ADP, ADP Lyric experience a plus

Strong understanding of payroll processes and basic employment laws

Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management

Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
