HR, Admin and Post-Production Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR, Admin, and Marketing Assistant to support our team in ensuring smooth operations and driving brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and is eager to contribute to various aspects of the business.
HR and Admin Support
Assist with recruitment coordination (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
Support onboarding & offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
Handle HR administrative tasks such as leave tracking, benefits administration, and employee database updates
Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews
Address employee inquiries and provide administrative support in HR-related matters
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for key team members
Organise and maintain company documentation, databases, and records
Post-Production Support (Video & Podcast)
Support content creation for newsletters, LinkedIn, and other marketing materials
Assist in editing video and podcast content, including trimming, adding subtitles, and enhancing audio quality
Manage and organise raw and edited media files efficiently
Ensure video and audio content align with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, marketing, or post-production, preferably in a startup environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR/Marketing tools
Experience with video editing software and audio editing tools is a plus, or ability to work with AI tools
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges
Strong interest in HR functions and media production processes
