Our Group represents a dynamic force in Hong Kong’s F&B sector, managing an expansive portfolio of approximately 300 outlets across several prestigious brands. Due to our rapid expansion, we’re seeking high-calibre candidates to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing all-round Human Resources duties mainly on compensation & benefits and recruitment & selection

Maintain staff record and HR SYSTEM including payroll calculation

Handle work injury case, MPF and taxation independently

Execute recruitment activities including career fair, recruitment day, remaining contact with NGO and others

Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline

At least 1 year experience, preferably in F&B industry

Willing to accept challenge

Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation would be an advantage

Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fresh graduates will also be considered

Immediate available is highly preferred
