We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team and support our HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

§ HR Support:

o  Assist in payroll processing

o  Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

o  Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

o  Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting exit interviews.

o  Assist in the visa and work permit processes for foreign employees.

o  Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.

o  Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

§ Administrative Support:

o  Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

o  Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.

o  Assist in organizing company events such as team dinners, after-work drinks and snacks, and team-building activities.

o  Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

o  Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

o  Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

§ Proven experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus, but recent graduates and those undergoing professional reconversion are welcome to apply.

§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

§ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
