Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist with recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Support visa, medical insurance, leave, attendance, and employee documentation processes.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and employment-related documents.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Manage office correspondence, filing, and administrative records.
- Support payroll inputs and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist with general office administration and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Administration or Administrative Support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
