Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, courier arrangements, filing, printing, general office support including purchase orders and SAP system entries.
Support recruitment, onboarding, staff attendance & leave records, HR purchases, training coordination, employee welfare, and orientation processes.
Assist in ISO, GMP, and HR policy documentation, maintain certifications, permits, and meeting minutes for departmental and ISO meetings.
Liaise with vendors for purchase, renewal, and maintenance of equipment and assets, and manage related insurance and certification matters.
Requirements
Min. 1 year of HR Admin experience
Min. secondary education
