Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to
join our dynamic team
. The ideal candidate will handle HR operations, oversee the full employee lifecycle, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and team.
– Assist in scheduling interviews and onboarding processes, including email and .
– Maintain timekeeping and attendance records and support payroll functions.
– Collaborate with finance for processing staff claims and invoices.
– Manage HRIS systems and address employee queries related to attendance and absenteeism.
– Handle office supplies and pantry
inventory management
.
– Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transport.
– Assist in organizing company events, training programs, and
team-building activities
.
– Oversee vendor management and procurement processes.
– Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin functions.
– Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
– Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
