Role Purpose

This is a coordination-heavy, detail-driven role that keeps our people processes accurate, timely, and reliable. You'll own HR administration end-to-end, from attendance and documentation to recruitment support and employee reporting, so leadership can make informed decisions and employees operate in a well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintain daily attendance records across departments
  • Track leave balances, process requests, and flag discrepancies
  • Generate weekly and monthly attendance reports for management

HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and file HR documents including contracts, warning letters, and experience certificates
  • Keep all employee records accurate, up to date, and securely maintained
  • Support compliance with internal policies and applicable labour laws
  • Maintain a structured document system for audit readiness

Employee Productivity & Reporting

  • Compile regular reports on employee productivity, time management, and schedule adherence
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality patterns and flag concerns proactively
  • Maintain logs and dashboards to support data-driven decisions by leadership

People & Employee Management Support

  • First point of contact for employee queries on policies, documentation, and benefits
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture
  • Assist in managing employee relations matters with discretion

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and pipeline visibility across open roles
  • Ensure candidates receive professional, timely communication throughout the process
  • Support pre-employment documentation and onboarding handover

Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Urdu
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace)
  • HRMS experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and a people-first mindset

What Success Looks Like at 90 Days

  • Attendance and leave records are fully up to date and reports go out on schedule
  • All HR documentation is filed and immediately retrievable
  • A productivity and schedule-adherence reporting system is operational
  • Recruitment pipelines are tracked and candidates receive timely communication
  • You're proactively flagging issues, not waiting to be directed
