We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Dhaka and support our growing workforce across Head Office and project sites.
Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR and administrative functions. This position is responsible for payroll preparation, attendance management, recruitment support, and general HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of both Head Office (HO) and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly salary sheets for both Head Office and Project sites employees.
- Maintain daily attendance records and prepare worker log sheets; verify and ensure attendance is properly counted and reconciled.
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support, including drafting various official letters such as appointment letters, experience letters, warning letters, release letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: source candidates, arrange interviews, communicate with applicants, conduct initial screenings, and assist in salary negotiation.
- Support in maintaining employee records and personal files.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining proper documentation.
- Coordinate with project sites for timely submission of attendance, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide necessary support to the HR & Admin department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh labor laws in all HR processes.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
Additional Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR and Admin roles (experience in construction/real estate/project-based companies will be an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), MS Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with employees at all levels, including project site workers.
Salary
- Tk. 20000 – 25000 (Monthly)
