Role Description The HR & Admin Executive role in Roorkee (Haridwar) is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. This role includes managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and exit formalities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. The HR & Admin Executive coordinates attendance, leave management, and basic payroll inputs, while supporting employee engagement initiatives and handling routine employee queries. Administrative responsibilities include office coordination, documentation, vendor follow-up, and supporting compliance-related activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and management to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement procedures and support compliance with company guidelines and labor regulations.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including the ability to address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and documentation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems.
  • Candidates should ideally have 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, and a graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
