Job Responsibility
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
Ensure the onboarding process is align with ISO standard.
Payroll & Compensation Management
Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws related to payroll and benefits.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Handle employee grievances and provide HR support for workplace conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating HR policies when necessary.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs and career development initiatives.
Assist in performance appraisals and feedback collection.
HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
Check and proceed staff claim on time.
Office Administration Support
Assist in general office administration tasks, including managing office supplies and employee attendance records.
Assist in Company Corporate Event like Team Building, In-House Training, Annual Dinner and Festive Events.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant HR field.
At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Knowledge of Industrial Relations, Malaysian Labour Law, and government regulations is an added advantage.
Experience with INFOTECH HRM System is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Open to working as an HR Services Provider across various industries.
Language proficiency required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
