Human Resources (50%)
Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview coordination.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain HR records and databases.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Draft HR-related documents, e.g. letters & forms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and best HR practices.
Administrative (50%)
Provide general administrative support, such as data entry and document management.
Assist with office management tasks like inventory tracking and procurement.
Help track and manage office supplies and minor assets.
Support in maintaining records related to office security and safety compliance.
Assist with organizing company events and logistics.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
