Summary

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Admin and Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Responsibilities

Manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through company’s guidelines and managing processes.

Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.

Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process in entirety.

Developing compensation and benefits packages.

Effectively manage employee trainings

Perform annual employee performance reviews.

Design and implement effective training and development plans.

Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.

Track department budgets.

Effectively handle all Visa Processing and requirements related to KSA Labor law

Interact and manage effective communication and relationship with Government agencies

Interact and manage effective communication and relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Graduation Human resources. Masters will be advantageous

HR certifications or Professional qualifications would be preferred.

Job Requirements:

8 Plus years of experience within HR domain with KSA.

In-depth knowledge of the KSA recruiting process

Post Graduate/ Bachelor s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.

Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes of Saudi Arabia.

Good understanding of the full recruitment process.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic).

Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
