Detailed Roles and Responsibility
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Organization Structure and HRIS Update
- Recruitment Management
- Onboarding & Off boarding Management
- Termination Management
- Employee Documents Filling
Leave and Payroll Management
- Leave Balance Utilization
- Leave Policy Compliance
- Leave Accuracy
- Leave Entitlement utilization
- Ensure Accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain compliance and regulations
- Enhance overall efficiency in managing employee compensation
Employee Engagement and Development
- Cultivate a positive and productive work environment
- Festival and Occasion Events
Contract and Vehicle Insurance Management
- Improve Contract Management Efficiency
- Ensure Vendor Contracts are Done on Time, with Timely Payments
- Insurance renewal of the office vehicle
Overall HR and Administration Support
- Timely resolve queries and issues 80%+, in coordination with HR Manager
- Managing Office Operations and ensuring a conductive work environment for employees with major and minor issues.
- Enhance Vendor Communication and Transparency in Payments
- Able to quickly adapt to organizational systems, policies, procedures, and work processes.
CSR Project: Support CSR Initiatives
MD/Expat Support
- Ensure that MD and Expat’s support requirements (including travel, accommodation, and office resources) are addressed on top priority of receiving the request.
- Coordinate all aspects of the expat relocation process, including visa processing; housing arrangements etc., ensuring all processes are completed within the timeline and requirements.
Education;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree in HRM/MBA will be an added advantage.
Experiences;
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and office administration.
- Familiarity with Nepal Labor Act and related employment regulations is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRIS and HR documentation practices.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to organizational systems, processes, and changing business requirements.
