We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Officer to support both Human Resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role ensures smooth HR operations, efficient office administration, and effective coordination across departments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
• Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Coordinate interviews, job postings, and candidate communications.
• Handle HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and internal memos.
• Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and welfare programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
• Manage general office administration including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
• Support procurement of office resources and administrative purchases.
• Handle incoming communications, correspondence, and filing systems.
• Provide administrative support to HR Manager and senior management as needed.
✅ Requirements
• Experience in HR, administration, or office management roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS/ATS) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment and payroll.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
