We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to support the organization's human resources and administrative operations. This role is responsible for managing recruitment activities, employee records, HR administration, office management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, leave administration, and employee benefits administration.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and administrative matters.
• Coordinate training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
• Manage office administration, supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, and asset management.
• Prepare HR reports, employment letters, contracts, and administrative documentation.
• Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and government-related HR submissions where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes.
✅ Requirements
• Experience in Human Resources, Administration, Office Management, or related fields is preferred.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with payroll processes, attendance management, and HR documentation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
