Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions along with administrative operations to ensure smooth business performance. The role requires a balance of people management, compliance, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Functions:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle onboarding and induction programs
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance
  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

Administrative Functions:

  • Oversee office operations and facility management
  • Manage vendors, office supplies, and logistics
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event management
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office assets
  • Handle correspondence and official documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration (automobile industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Nepal labor laws and HR practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
