Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions along with administrative operations to ensure smooth business performance. The role requires a balance of people management, compliance, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Functions:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding and induction programs
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Administrative Functions:
- Oversee office operations and facility management
- Manage vendors, office supplies, and logistics
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event management
- Ensure proper maintenance of office assets
- Handle correspondence and official documentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration (automobile industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Nepal labor laws and HR practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
