Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Officer to manage our daily HR operations, payroll administration, and MOLVT / NSSF compliance operations. In this role, you will play an important role for employee recruitment, employment contract management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience handling local labor regulations, NSSF contribution, and running monthly payroll efficiently.

Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & Compensation Administration
- Calculate and process monthly payroll, including tracking attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Manage monthly NSSF calculations, reporting, and timely contributions..
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and address internal payroll queries.
2. Government Compliance & Labor Relations
- Act as the primary focal point for the Ministry of Labor and NSSF offices.
- Handle all matters for MOLVT and NSSF over the FWCMS, SICMS, NSSF online portals.
- Ensure company practices remain compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial screenings.
- Prepare employment contracts for clients and internal employees.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all personnel files are fully documented and up to date.
4. General Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, utilities, and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR and Administrative role.
- Compliance Knowledge: Experienced working with MOLVT and NSSF offices, including proficiency with their official online portals.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for payroll calculations) and basic HR/payroll software.
- Documentation: Experience drafting formal employment contracts and managing personnel compliance files.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, high integrity when handling confidential data, and clear communication abilities.
