We’re looking for a highly organized and people-focused HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about human resources, office administration, employee support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration.

• Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases, and confidential documentation.

• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee benefits administration.

• Coordinate office administration activities, including procurement of office supplies, facility management, and vendor communications.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal communications.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and administrative procedures.

• Prepare HR and administrative reports, letters, and documentation as required.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative matters.

• Assist management with special projects and operational support activities.

✅ Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in Human Resources, Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR or administrative systems.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of HR processes, office administration, and employment regulations is an advantage.

• A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
