We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Specialist to manage the full spectrum of human resources and office administration for our Malaysia office. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Administer employee benefits and leave management
- Coordinate performance review processes and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations and address HR inquiries
- Manage office daily operations, supplies and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support travel arrangements and accommodation for staff
- Assist with event planning and employee engagement activities
- Manage office budgets and expense reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles
- Knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in English and Chinese
