We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Specialist to manage the full spectrum of human resources and office administration for our Malaysia office. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Administer employee benefits and leave management
  • Coordinate performance review processes and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations and address HR inquiries
  • Manage office daily operations, supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Support travel arrangements and accommodation for staff
  • Assist with event planning and employee engagement activities
  • Manage office budgets and expense reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles
  • Knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
