Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, maintaining office supplies, assisting with new hire onboarding, handling mail, and supporting general administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp role with the potential to be temp-to-hire depending on business needs.
Assignment duration: Contingent on company needs. 1 month or longer.
What will you do?
Check and respond to emails and voicemails daily.
Coordinate with HR for new hire onboarding, including preparing badges, desks, and welcome gifts.
Assist external vendors with scheduled office access.
Refill kitchen supplies, including condiments, coffee, utensils, and napkins.
Perform final daily checks on kitchens and conference rooms.
Monitor and refill office supplies such as paper trays and printer ink.
Process orders and ensure timely arrival of supplies.
Maintain inventory and note down necessary office supply orders for the upcoming week.
Scan and distribute incoming mail to appropriate recipients.
Close and organize the lobby storage room daily.

Proficiency in email management and office software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
The target salary range for this job is approximately $29-$32 per hour.
