We are looking for an Administrative Assistantin Ridgefield, WA with the experience, understanding, and drive necessaryto excel in this position. We are serious about finding the right person whowould like to learn, grow, and thrive with us.

Duties:

Provide administrative and clerical support to management, including accounting
Maintain a high level of confidentiality, regarding sensitive information
Receives, sorts and routes mail appropriately
Maintains Office Supplies
Manage Calendars for Management & Conference Room
General customer service functions:
Greet customers/applicants/visitors with a friendly and helpful demeanor
Answer incoming phone calls to main phone number
Provide applications to interested parties/scheduled interviews
Work as a team-player with all employees
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Outlook and MicrosoftOffice Suite

· Excellent written and verbal communicationskills

Customer service focus
Self-motivated person able to maintain their level and quality while working autonomously, able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Excellent computer skills including experience working with spreadsheets and formulas, databases, web applications, and word processing
Able to sit for extended periods of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
