Key Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll preparation and invoice tracking
Maintain employee records and confidential HR files
Schedule meetings, interviews, and internal events
Handle correspondence, reports, and filing
Support the accounting and HR teams with data entry and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Experience in an administrative role, preferably in Accounting or HR
Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
