We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team and provide essential support in maintaining a smooth and efficient HR department.

As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks related to human resources, including recruitment support, employee record maintenance, onboarding, and more. You’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to ensure a positive employee experience and streamlined HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and coordinating training schedules

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries

Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates

Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Prior experience in HR or administrative support is an advantage but not required
