Wa are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews

Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring compliance with company policies

Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries

Help with payroll administration, including timekeeping, attendance tracking, and updating employee records

Support HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees

Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding policies and procedures

Maintain and update HR files, both electronically and in physical files, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements

Assist with planning employee engagement activities and wellness programs

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling HR meetings, preparing reports, and handling office supplies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Previous administrative or HR support experience (1+ years) is a plus

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Positive, professional attitude with a customer service-oriented approach
