Our fun and energetic team is in need of an Administrative to support out HR department!

Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR Administrative Assistant. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks.

Duties include:

Assist with organizing departmental activities

Support onboarding processes for new hires

Undertake additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

1-2 years of office/administrative assistant experience in an HR department is a must

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, HRIS)

Proficient in data entry and file maintenance

Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement

Pay range:$22/hr – $23/hr

Location: Simi Valley, CA

Work Schedule:Flexible
