Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Private Investigation Firm

I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of my private investigation firm. The ideal candidate is organized, self motivated, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. This is a good opportunity for part time students interested in the legal field. Possibility to advance to investigator in the future if interested.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and respond to client inquiries professionally
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Prepare and file reports and case documentation
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support investigators with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Must be able to pass a criminal background check (no felony or misdemeanors)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
