HR ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST Jobs in Tallahassee, FL at The State of Florida
Position Summary:
The position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support Creative Finance Inc.. This includes but is not limited to, accepting payments, answering phones, scheduling appointments, developing and maintaining a filing system, receiving and processing mail, as well as pulling files as requested by the legal division.
Position Duties / Essential Job Functions:
Review, analyze and process documents
Developing, maintaining, and completing daily filing through various tools including but not limited to email, scanning, and printed documents
Sort, receive, and distribute mail
Provide exceptional guest service by processing payments, answering phone calls, and supporting various guest requests.
Pulling requested legal documents.
Project work as determined by business needs.
Data input into various business systems, which includes but is not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Respond to team requests via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Prior guest experience required – minimum of three years
Intermediate MS Office Suite knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and clean driving record eligibility to be insured.
