Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant III/Intake Admission is responsible for a wide range of office duties including making sure Clients intake is completed such as proper ID, proof of Insurance coverage or will refer to the assistor if client does not have proper documentation. Make sure Intake forms are complete, enter necessary client information into Methasoft computer system for admissions into the LCS program. Administrative III/Intake specialist work closely with our Administrative III and share duties to ensure the window and front desk is accessible to clients at all times. Incumbent is responsible to provide secretarial support to Director and Managers and to ensure office operates in a professional manner at all times.
