JSI has an opportunity for anHR Administratorwho is seeking the next level of HR challenge and growth. The HR Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining HR documents, communicating with prospective employees and current employees, conducting new hire orientation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, updating employee records in the HRIS system, and assisting with payroll timesheets.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and update the HRIS system with relevant employee information.

Track all employee leaves and assist with payroll inquiries.

Provide support for annual open enrollment processes related to benefits.

Conduct new hire orientation and communicate onboarding details.

Facilitate all employee leaves and off-boarding.

Research and respond to information requests from employees and managers, including job history, compensation history, performance reviews, or other information, with utmost confidentiality.

Assist in organizing training sessions and events as needed.

Ensurelegal complianceby keeping up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.

Assist with reporting and data requests associated with internal/external auditors, vendors/partners, as well as other departments throughout JSI.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant business field.

Five years of progressively responsible HR experience.

Prior experience with an HRIS system (Net Suite a plus).

Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate with good follow-through skills.

Able to independently prioritize daily tasks, anticipate needs, initiate appropriate action, and exercise good judgment.

Demonstrate consistent, quality customer service skills andflexibilityin afast-paced environmentwhile managing multiple tasks.

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skillsappropriate to interact with all levels of employees.

Able to regularly exercise appropriate discretion and independent judgment in interpreting and applying policies.

Able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality at all times.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
