My client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator (12 month ftc) who thrives in afast-paced environment. Working in a busy,supportive team, you will provide a first-class administration service to the managers.

Managing a busy HR mailbox and processing incoming correspondence.

Accurately maintaining the department’s paperlessdocument managementsystem.

Producing reports from the HR system using formulas and VLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel.

Ensuring legal compliancy for all processing including GDPR.

Escalating or referring complex issues and cases when needed.

Providing support to other team members when needed.

Taking responsibility for your own work including your levels of accuracy and output

You willneed the following experience:

Previous experience working in afast-paced environment(that can be highly pressured during certain times in the month and year), ideally within an HR department.

Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent customer service skills and want to deliver great service to our managers.

Highly organised with an extremely high level of accuracy andattention to detail.

Team player with a flexible attitude in order to quickly respond to changing priorities.

Ability to plan and prioritise workload and process high volumes of data.

An excellent communicator who enjoys speaking to people on the telephone.

Excellent letter-writing skills.

Salary £26-28k plus “very good” benefits. Probation is based on site (so you need to be able to commute to Watford) but after completion they work hybrid 3 days in 2 days out
