Job Title: HR Administrator
Salary: £19,733.53 to £21,869.88 inclusive of geographical allowance, per annum
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The HR Administrator role:
You will respond to incoming HR queries accurately advising and resolving queries. You will work on a rotation, giving you lots of variation and the chance to build your knowledge on a number of HR processes including:
Sickness and absence management processes
Holiday pay, sick pay, maternity and paternity
Wellbeing
Time and attendance
Benefits and pensions
Payroll processing information
Employee life cycle queries
Recruitment, Resourcing and Onboarding
We require someone who is very accurate when it comes to attention to detail and who can take accountability for tasks allocated to you. You will be someone who can follow processes and guidelines well and be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders. It would be a huge advantage if you have experienced working in a HR or Recruitment function, but this is not essential if you are passionate about a career in HR and have some very strong admin and coordination experience from other experiences.
