Role and Responsibilities HR and Admin Intern

Performance will be measured based on the a) quality of deliverables, b) actual results and c) behavior / attitude

During the 6 months of internship if the candidates perform as per our expectations, he/she may be hired in the company into a full-time position.

Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle.

Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.

Screening resumes using job portals and shortlisting them.

Performing in-person and telephonic /video interviews with candidates.

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

Following up on the interview process status.

Head hunting skill is preferred

Handling admin related activities such as coordinating logistics for new hire, facilitating employee onboarding.

Update Employee database, HR documents and handling administrative tasks.

Competency/skills

Good written & verbal communication skills

Good in MS Excel and word.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Any graduate, MBA HR preferred

Stipend: Rs. 15000/month

Duration: Internship program would be for a minimum of 6 months.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday between 9 AM 6 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM.
