PRO/HR Officer Experience in Food & Beverage to join our team in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
– Manage all government-related activities, including license, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
– Handle employee work permits, visas, and medicals in compliance with local government regulations.
– Coordinate with government bodies for labor-related formalities and ensure compliance with local laws.
– Represent the company during inspections and audits.
– Ensure timely renewal of company registrations, licenses, and other legal documents.
– Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes for new hires.
– Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files.
– Assist in resolving employee concerns and queries regarding HR policies.
– Process payroll inputs, overtime, employee leave payment and final settlement.
– Prepare reports and maintain records related to PRO and HR activities.
– Stay updated on changes to labor laws and advise the company accordingly.
Special Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle government portals and online systems for visa processing and documentation.
– Any Other Criteria: Valid Bahraini driving license.
