We are looking tohire an HR & Admin Assistant (with Hospitality sector experience) for one of our clients in AlAin. To qualify for this position you should have 3 to 5 years ofexperience in a Hospitality Sector as HR & Admin Personnel.

Responsibilities
Arranging Staff Leave Scheduling Staff  Rota /Duties Renewing Trade License Renewalof  Insurance forStaff
Liaisingwith Insurance Companies for renewals andclaims
Supportthe development and implementation of HR initiatives andsystems
Providecounselling on policies andprocedures
Maintainemployee records (attendance EEO data etc.) according to policy andlegalrequirements
Reviewemployment and working conditions to ensure legalcompliance
Provenexperience as HR officer in a hospitalitysector
Knowledgeof HR functions (pay & benefits recruitment training& developmentetc.)Understandingof labour laws and disciplinaryprocedures
Proficientin MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is aplus
Outstandingorganizational and timemanagementabilities
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
Problemsolvingand decisionmakingaptitude
Strongethics andreliability
BSc/BAin business administration social studies or relevant field;further training will be aplus
HRCredentials will be an advantage (e.g. PHR from the HRCertification
Institute)
