As an HR and Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative support to various departments while also assisting with HR-related tasks. The operational responsibilities of this position include:

1. Administrative Support:

Front office management, including handling incoming calls, organizing gate passes and greeting visitors.

Managing office supplies and support services including grocery, stationery, furniture, printing etc.

Maintenance and upkeep of the offices, including special arrangements as required for meetings and events.

Responsible for supervising and coordinating office boys and drivers to ensure efficiency and high standards of support staff.

Making travel arrangements.

Assigning sales leads as required.

Administrative support such as filing, scanning, data-entry etc., as assigned by Department Heads.

Coordinating meetings for Department Managers.

Coordinate training programs and workshops.

Assist in organizing company events.

Ensuring office policies and procedures are adhered to.

2. Recruitment Coordination:

Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases.

3.ย Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.

Support employee engagement initiatives and events.

Requirements:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 years of proven experience in HR coordination, Admin Assistant, or a similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to easily work across the organization.

Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and UAE labour laws.

Proficiency in using HRIS software

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
